Minor Bay Lodge is fortunate to be in possibly the best location on Wollaston Lake to access Wollaston’s incredible fishery – not only for trophy pike, but also for lake trout, walleye and Arctic grayling.
Minor Bay Lodge is strategically situated in a sheltered bay located in the southeast corner of Wollaston Lake – right in the heart of “Monster Pike Country”. Wollaston Lake’s south end is all about structure – marshy spawning bays, peninsulas, sand and rock bars, and a huge number of weed beds. This is ideal habitat for northern pike to spawn, feed and grow to incredible size.
Over the years Minor Bay Lodge has acquired a reputation as one of Canada’s top fishing lodges for anglers targeting trophy quality northern pike. At Minor Bay Lodge, we offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy some of the world’s best trophy pike fishing while being pampered at a first-class lodge.

For the more adventurous angler, Minor Bay Lodge & Outposts has three remote outpost camps located on Cairns Lake, McDonald River and Spence Lake. Minor Bay also offers our guests the opportunity to fish a number of secluded lakes within a short float plane flight from the lodge. Our outpost camps and daily fly out lakes are reserved for the exclusive use of Minor Bay’s guests.
